How much does a renovation cost in Shepparton?

Every job is different, so we give you a fixed price in writing after a free site visit. The number in your contract is the number you pay.
How long will my renovation take?
Bathrooms usually take 3 to 5 weeks. Kitchens take 4 to 8 weeks. Extensions and knockdown rebuilds run 4 to 8 months depending on scope and council approval times. You get a written program with your quote so you know what is happening and when.
Do you handle council permits and approvals?
Yes. We manage the full approval process with Greater Shepparton City Council, including building permits, surveyor sign off and compliance certificates. You do not need to deal with council yourself.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Roweanne Builders is registered with the Victorian Building Authority, CRN CBD-U 62326. We carry public liability insurance and domestic building insurance on every job. We are also members of HIA and the Australian Property Builders network.
Can I stay in the house while the work is happening?
For a bathroom or kitchen renovation, usually yes, provided you have a second bathroom or somewhere to set up a temporary kitchen. For extensions and rebuilds it depends on which part of the house we are working on. Gavin will tell you at the quote stage rather than after you have signed.
